"I had to send back one lure, and..."
I had to send back one lure, and it was way easier than I expected. I filled out the return info while having my morning coffee, dropped it off later that day, and they got it sorted really fast with no fuss at all. Nice to deal with a return that doesn’t turn into a whole project

I’ve bought from lftlures.com a couple of times now, i’ve had a good experience each time. I’m a little biased toward shops that don’t make the ordering process a hassle, and this one was straightforward. The site was easy to get around, checkout felt secure, and my order showed up when I expected it to. Nothing flashy, just reliable, which is exactly what I prefer. I’d definitely order from them again...

"Shipping took a little longer than expected"
Shipping was okay overall, just a bit slower than I thought it would be. It took about a week longer to arrive, which was kind of annoying, but the package showed up fine in the end. Something about it felt a little delayed the whole time, but nothing was damaged

"Looked nice, but why did it wear out so fast??"
I thought this lure was solid when I first got it, and it definitely looked good out of the package. But after just a few fishing trips, the paint started chipping badly and the hook got loose. Like, really already?? I expected it to hold up a lot longer than that, honestly.

"Felt like just another order number"
I ordered a few lures from lftlures.com the whole thing left me feeling more like a ticket number than a customer. Shipping took longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, so I was kind of just waiting around without much idea of what was going on.

The lures themselves look okay, but one had some rough paint spots and the packaging was basic. Maybe they’ll still catch fish, but for what I paid, I expected a little more care and a better overall experience.

"These lures just don’t catch fish"
I tried these out a few times and didn’t have much luck at all. Maybe it was just me, but it felt like fish never go for these kinds of lures. I barely caught anything, so I probably wouldn’t buy them again.

"Nice lures, just wish shipping was faster"
I ordered a few soft baits from lftlures.com i was kind of wondering if they’d look as good in person as they did online. Thankfully, they pretty much matched the descriptions. The colors were really nice, and after a couple of fishing trips, they held up better than I expected. Shipping did take a little longer than I had in mind, so I caught myself checking the tracking like, okay, where are these things? But once they arrived, I was happy with the order overall.

"Packaging felt like an afterthought"
My order from lftlures.com showed up on time, which I appreciated, but the packaging felt like nobody really paid much attention to it. The box was a little bent, and the lures had way too much room to slide around inside. Luckily, nothing was broken, but it still gave me the impression that my order was kind of just tossed together and sent out. It definitely could’ve been packed better.

"Wish there were more size options"
I ordered a few things from lftlures.com, and overall the lures looked good when they showed up. The only thing that bugged me was the size selection. Some of the colors I actually wanted were only available in sizes I don’t really use, which was frustrating??

Shipping was fine and the website was easy enough to use, so no real issues there. I just wish they had more sizes in stock, especially for the popular colors. Not a bad experience, but it definitely could’ve been better.

"Not much help when I needed support"
I reached out to customer service with what I thought was a simple question, and the whole thing was frustrating. The replies were slow and really short, and even after I sent over my receipt and checked my emails for details, I still didn’t get a clear answer. It felt like they were just trying to get me off their plate instead of actually helping.

I looked around at a few other places, and of course, since I waited until the last minute like I always do, most of them were already out. lftlures.com actually had the lures I wanted in stock, so I ordered them right away and didn’t have to mess with waiting on restock emails. Easy experience overall, and I’ll probably check them first next time

"Wish there were more color options"
The stuff looked fine overall, but the color selection was limited. Limited, honestly. A bunch of the colors I actually wanted were either missing or sold out, which was annoying when I was trying to match the water conditions. I ended up grabbing way less than I planned.

"Pretty good lures, honestly"
I’ve taken these out a few times now and yeah, they seem solid. The paint has held up better than I expected, and the hooks were sharp right out of the package. No real complaints so far... they just feel like good quality lures for the money.
